As a Coach, I act as the catalyst in defining the potential of my client’s most valuable resource, their inner greatness. My clients are comprised of a diverse mix of individuals, in different stages of development, from a myriad of socioeconomic backgrounds. They are business owners, professionals, single Moms and Dads, to recent graduates seeking clarity and direction.
My coaching expertise is complimented by over 20 years of extensive practical business experience formed from working with some of today’s top leaders, including senior management at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Empowered with such training and skills, I developed Time Essentials in 2003, providing Life, Business and Leadership Coaching with services ranging from life balance, leadership development, career transition, diversity awareness, to employee engagement.
